Returns Policy

At Authentic.how, all sales are final due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products. Our Returns Policy ensures transparency and clarity for our customers.

However, if you receive an item that is defective, misprinted, or damaged, you may request an exchange. Returns for defects are only accepted after approval.

Our Returns Policy is designed to protect both our customers and our business, ensuring that every exchange request is handled fairly.

To request an exchange, please contact us within three (3) days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with the following:

    • Your order number.
    • A detailed description of the issue.
    • Photos clearly showing the defect.

If your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the defective item back to us. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement to you. Please note: we do not offer refunds.
